Volunteer with us
Are you looking for a new challenge? Want to be part of something special? Do you love the outdoors and have a passion for conservation? If this sounds like you, ‘Get Involved’ as a volunteer with the Strangford and Lecale AONB!
Get involved
We are looking for enthusiastic people to volunteer to help us to deliver a variety of initiatives aimed at conserving and enhancing this outstanding area. Volunteering offers you a chance to make a real and visible difference to the wildlife and landscape of Strangford and Lecale; learn new skills, meet like minded people, discover the habitats and heritage of the Strangford and Lecale AONB, and enjoy the outdoors.
So, whether you have a skill you would like to share, or wish to learn something new, get in touch and we’ll find a place for you or your group. All we ask in return is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. We have opportunities for everyone.
If you are interested in joining us take a look at some of the specific projects listed below or contact amy.dixon@nmandd.org for further details and get involved today!
