How to get involved
Practical Conservation Volunteers meet regularly throughout the district participating in activities such as scrub clearance, litter picks, hedge laying and dry stone walling. More details of tasks can be found in the role profile found on the general volunteering page.
Training opportunities are available to our volunteers who want to broaden their skill set.

Volunteer Sundays
Our monthly volunteer days take place on the first Sunday of each month but we also meet regularly throughout the week for specific tasks. Our 2025 Sunday schedule can be seen below and registration for these specific events is by the form below.
